Description

The 510030 OEM Technologies pump is a residential class axial cam pump engineered for reliable performance in light‑duty pressure washer applications. It features a maintenance‑free design with a sealed crankcase, eliminating the need for oil changes. The pump incorporates an axial cam design, high‑strength polymer pump housing, and stainless‑steel internal components to ensure consistent pressure output and extended service life. An integrated thermal relief valve protects the pump from overheating during bypass operation, while the standard M22 outlet and 3/4" garden‑hose inlet provide universal compatibility with most consumer pressure washer systems. Designed for direct‑drive configurations, the 510030 mounts easily to vertical‑shaft gas engines and delivers stable operating pressure suitable for cleaning driveways, siding, vehicles, and general outdoor surfaces.

Features
  • Maintenance free axial cam pump - Sealed design eliminates oil changes and reduces long term upkeep for the user.
  • Built in thermal relief valve - Automatically releases overheated water to prevent internal damage during extended idle time.
  • Direct drive vertical shaft design - Fits most residential gas pressure washers and installs quickly with standard mounting patterns.

Common Issues & Solutions
I'm only getting garden hose pressure out of the wand.
Why This Happens

Non-winterized pumps are prone to corroded or "stuck" unloader valves or damage to the pressure valves.

Solution

Inspect the unloader first, ensure the pin moves freely and ball under the seat is not stuck. If not, remove the manifold and inspect the pressure valves for debris or damage.

Water is spraying out of the bottom of my pump casing near the bolt seam.
Why This Happens

If water is left in the pump over the winter it can freeze and crack the manifold or crankcase.

Solution

Locate the crack. If it's on the manifold that's replaceable. If the crack is on the crankcase and you're seeing a milky oil-water mix, the pump is likely needs to be replaced.

I need a replacement pump but I'm seeing part numbers 510026, 510030, and 90026 are these the same thing?
Why This Happens

The manufacturer has sold this pump under multiple part numbers.

Solution

Any AAA/OEM Technologies pump starting with 900xx is a kit — includes mounting hardware, drive key, and usually a siphon hose. Known equivalent numbers: 510026, 510030, 4100026, 4100030, and 90026.
